February 23 (6:30 - 9:00 PM)
Eating a plant-based diet doesn’t just save farmed animals – wild animals from butterflies to polar bears reap the benefits of the rising popularity of plant-based foods. This talk will discuss some of the ways our dietary choices impact wildlife and the environment and how individuals can help create a food system that’s healthier for people, animals and the planet. Join Stephanie Feldstein, Population and Sustainability Director at the Center for Biological Diversity, to learn more.
Come to the delicious vegan potluck at 6:30pm, Stephanie's presentation at 7:30pm, or both!
