Learn how to cook and use the less familiar grains and legumes that can add to your repertoire of whole food plant-based protein sources. “Food in Depth” is a series of cooking demonstrations utilizing grains and legumes that are not yet in wide use. Each class includes three completely different dishes of the food being highlighted, and there will be samples of each dish for participants, as well as the recipes. Registration is separate for each class, but participants are encouraged to sign up for the entire series.

Carol is one of the best cooks we have ever known! You will be amazed at what can be done with lentils.
