Kris Eisenman is a Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine Food For Life Instructor and a professionally trained chef. She will demonstrate and share plant-based recipes for traditional Thanksgiving side dishes. Her delicious Holiday Veggie Wellington recipe on YouTube gives you an idea of how extravagant and delicious vegan holidays can be. Kris will also discuss ways of keeping the extravagant holiday eating to just the holidays, and share additional wintertime recipes that are delicious yet healthy. If you have a holiday favorite dish you just don't know how to veganize, bring the recipe and join us for the Q&A to leave with lots of great ideas.
