The next session of the Master VEG Program is just around the corner and we hope you will join us as we head over to the Westside for the first time. This informative and fun eight-week program will begin on Tuesday, January 14 at LifeQual Center located in Beaverton just off of highway 26. This class makes a great holiday gift! Click here for more info and to register.

We are fortunate to have a group of amazing local speakers in our Master VEG Program. We're excited to feature Alison Ozgur, registered dietitian, author, and motivational speaker. She specializes in health and wellness nutrition and has twelve years of experience that will assist our MVP students in gaining the tools they need to answer the tough questions about plant-based diets.

Not only does Alison work as an instructor for the T. Colin Campbell Foundation, she is the co-author of the plant-based nutrition and fitness book, Go Beyond Good, as well as an integral part of Northwest VEG's health conference committee. She also writes monthly columns for newsletters, hosts nutrition talks and volunteers as the local media spokesperson for the Physicianís Committee for Responsible Medicine. She is currently pursuing her masterís degree in Health Science.
