VEG 101 Starts in March

"It changed my life!" These are the words we hear, time after time, from people who have taken VEG 101. This combination can’t be beat: lectures from experts, cooking demos with delicious samples, and a friendly, casual, and supportive atmosphere in which to learn. Perhaps someone you know is interested in vegetarianism or veganism, but doesn’t know where to start. Or maybe they just want more information or recipes. Send them to VEG 101. The next series begins on March 3. Pre-registration is required. For more information, or to register, please visit nwveg.org/veg101

Humane Lobby Day in Salem

Meeting with your state legislators can seem scary -- but don't stress, HSUS has got you covered!
