Veg Kids

We all know that kids need to eat right and get plenty of exercise for optimal health. But what is "eating right" all about? And we really want to create healthy and delicious meals for our families. But how is that possible with limited time and a limited budget? In the following classes, you'll learn how to create nutrient-rich meals, sweets, and snacks using a variety of veggies, whole grains, beans, fruits, seeds and nuts - all rich in complex carbohydrates, protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. These classes are intended for adults from veg beginners to long-time vegans!

The next series of classes will be in Fall 2015. Please email to receive info on upcoming classes.
