Erin Lehn Floresca will do a cooking demonstration of vegan gluten-free baking. She has been an avid baker for decades. After reading "Diet for a New America" in 1996, she quickly figured out how to veganize all of her favorite baking recipes. Years later, she added gluten-free baking into the mix. Always a fan of sharing the sweet life with others, she'll demonstrate how easy it is to make delectable, crowd-pleasing vegan/gluten-free desserts. Baked goods will include chocolate chip cookies, a moist and delicious chocolate cake and other delights.
