She offers a number of services including nutrition coaching, cooking classes, and meal planning through her website.
Emily will show you how to create a workable meal plan that will fit your schedule, budget, nutritional needs, and include foods you already like or that you think you’d like to try. She will demonstrate how to prepare some of the key components of your new plan.
