Staying Healthy Through the Holidays
Please join us for our monthly potluck to break bread with fellow vegans and those who are interested in a plant-based diet. Each person brings a vegan plate with a list of ingredients, typically one of their favorite dishes to be shared with friends.
This month’s speaker will be Sara O’Leary, Registered Dietitian addressing eating over the holidays. Sara earned a masters degree in Nutrition from Bastyr University. She provides nutritional counselling here in Vancouver and teaches at Lifestyle Medicine Group’s Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP).
Due to the holidays, we will have just this one potluck for November and December. In January we will return to normal schedule on the last Thursday of the month.
