Colleen Poling is a Registered Dietitian and Vegan Wellness Educator. She is a professional plant-based translator: Converting vegan nutrition concepts through an easy to understand and practical way of cracking the code on vegan nutrition for optimal health. Colleen's transformational workshops and 1:1 nutrition counseling sessions teach individuals how to optimize their health by understanding the hidden and often overlooked components of plant-based nutrition for a vibrant, healthy, long life.

Colleen is a 2009 graduate from Ohio University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She completed her Dietetic Residency through Sodexo and has a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management from The Commission on Dietetic Registration. She has the expertise to utilize integrative therapies for preventative health care using her extensive knowledge of vegan and vegetarian nutrition, medical nutrition therapy, sports nutrition, weight management, clinical nutrition and metabolic processes. 

Her presentation on Mega-Optimized Vegan Nutrition will explore each body system, learn about foods and nutrients and how to optimize them, and apply the knowledge to everyday life. She makes learning easy by using visuals, pictures, and specific recipes for each body system. By the end of this workshop you will know how to optimize each organ system by eating only plants!
