Join Jill Schatz for this demo on cooking with seeds. Seeds are an underused nutritional powerhouse, providing essential amino acids, minerals, vitamins, phytochemicals, and dietary fiber. They also are a fabulous substitute for nuts in recipes for many people with nut allergies, and generally more cost-effective. Jill will showcase recipes utilizing seeds from appetizers to desserts, with a main course too, plus provide ideas for many other ways to incorporate healthy seeds into your everyday cooking.
