Food in Depth

Expand your repertoire of plant-based protein foods! “Food in Depth” is a series of cooking demonstrations focusing on vegan protein foods that are less familiar to most people. Each class includes three completely different dishes of the food being highlighted, and there will be samples of each dish for participants, as well as the recipes. Registration is separate for each class, but participants are encouraged to sign up for the entire series.
