Job Applications Suspended
Northwest VEG has received multiple good applications from qualified candidates, and so is suspending receiving new applications while we interview candidates who have already submitted applications.
Northwest VEG Position: Director of Programs
Northwest VEG, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, is seeking a part-time employee to serve as our Director of Programs. We are seeking an employee who is passionate about promoting a 100% plant-based diet for a healthy, sustainable, and compassionate world.
The part-time position will initially average about 20 to 25 hours per week over the course of the year, but could vary during busy times around major events. There is potential to increase the number of hours based on growth of the organization. Northwest VEG does not have an office, so the employee must be able to work from their own home. To the extent possible, the Director of Programs will continue to utilize volunteers to lead and implement programs and activities while providing support and coordination to those volunteers, rather than taking on the tasks themselves.
