Welcome to VegFest 2026

Thank you for being a part of Northwest VegFest, Oregon’s premier plant-based food and lifestyle event, produced by Northwest Veg. We are thrilled to welcome you and appreciate the expertise, creativity, and energy you bring to the community.

Event Overview

Event Name: Northwest VegFest Hosted By: Northwest Veg (501(c)(3) nonprofit) Event Focus: Plant-based food, health, sustainability, animal advocacy, and compassionate living

Audience: A diverse mix of community members, families, students, activists, health professionals, and food enthusiasts

VegFest is designed to educate, inspire, and empower attendees through engaging talks, interactive cooking demonstrations, and meaningful connections with mission-aligned organizations and businesses.

Venue Information

Venue Name: Wingspan Event & Conference Center

Address: Hillsboro, Oregon

Dates: August 29–30

Indoor / Outdoor: Indoor and outdoor venue

Accessibility: The venue is ADA accessible, including accessible entrances, restrooms, and seating areas.

Speaker & Demo Areas

  • Speaker Stage(s): We will have multiple rooms with capacities from 40- 400 people

  • Demo Kitchen: will allow speakers and chefs to share their favorite recipes and techniques.

  • AV Support: Microphone, projector/screen (if applicable), and basic sound support provided

*A detailed load-in map and schedule will be shared closer to the event date

What We Provide

  • Promotion of your session across Northwest VegFest marketing channels

  • On-site volunteer support

  • Basic AV and demo equipment (as outlined above)

  • A dedicated Speaker/Demo Chef liaison for day-of support

What We Ask From You

  • A proposed session or demo title and brief description

  • Alignment with VegFest values: inclusive, respectful, and only vegan products/content

  • Willingness to collaborate with our programming team on timing and logistics

  • Selected speakers and demo chefs will receive a more detailed presenter packet closer to the event, including technical specs, schedules, and dayof logistics.
