Northwest VEG Business Partner Application
NW VEG is dedicated to educating the public regarding the power of a plant-based, vegan lifestyle and helping support people in their transition toward making healthier, more sustainable & compassionate food choices. We work to accomplish our mission, in part, by connecting our membership with Business Partners, who share our goals and values. Northwest VEG's business and discount programs provide an opportunity to promote and nurture relationships with veg-supportive businesses operating in the Portland-Vancouver area, fostering a mutually beneficial experience for you, Northwest VEG and our members and supporters.
Northwest VEG welcomes businesses that are compatible with our mission and the goals of our organization. We require that all products and materials used within our programs reflect these values. Please see our Business Policy webpage for clarification. Thank you for your interest!
BUSINESSES RECEIVE:
A descriptive “Welcome” to be published in our Northwest VEG Newsletter (with 7,000+ subscribers) consisting of up to 100 words, including contact information. The description will be provided by you and is subject to revision by our editors.
Upon joining, a welcome will also be posted on our NW VEG social media pages.
Your logo and website link will be listed on the Northwest VEG Membership Benefits/Business Partners webpage.
A URL link to our Membership Benefits/Business Partners page will be sent to every new and renewing member, keeping them abreast of our current Business Partners on a yearly basis.
Businesses participating in Veg Fest will receive a $25 discount off event fees.
BUSINESSES PROVIDE:
A Partnership fee of $99 - or equivalent in goods or services (negotiable).
Optional, but also recommended, is to offer a small perk or discount for NW VEG members, to create interest in your business and to motivate them to patronize your establishment. The following are examples and are negotiable:
Coupons or items for NW VEG to distribute in our Membership packets and/or at our events.
Restaurants are invited to provide our members with a discount of 5 to 10%, or free appetizer with order of entree, etc.
Non-restaurant businesses or service providers are also encouraged to offer 5 to 10% discounts for specific items or services.
