Celebrate Chinese New Year with a Catered Vegan Banquet

Celebrate the coming of the Chinese New Year and the Year of the Horse with a catered dinner sponsored by Northwest VEG. This banquet will be held in the central Beaverton area, and is limited to 20 attendees. The menu will include:

  • Appetizer: assorted braised tofu and tofu family food

  • Daikon soup with other vegetables

  • Sauteed yam noodles, with vegetables and gluten-free protein

  • Sweet and sour soy chunks, with bell peppers

  • Asparagus sauteed with ginkgo, mushrooms, and vegan ham

  • Assorted mushroom and Chinese broccoli

The price is $30/person for this fabulous banquet.

Note - we are using Zeffy as a credit card processor for this event. Zeffy does not charge any fees to Northwest VEG but does ask purchasers to make a donation to cover Zeffy’s costs. Donations to Zeffy are optional, and you can adjust the amount to anything you want, including zero
