Come join us July 4th for our annual vegan picnic potluck at the Evelyn Schiffler Memorial Park in Beaverton. This is one of our largest potlucks, with more than 100 usually attending. Bring the whole family as there will be games and more—for all ages! See old friends and meet new ones. Come on by at 3:00 PM—the eating will start at 3:30 PM. Once again, Northwest VEG will be supplying free vegan ice cream for this event.

For the potluck, please bring a plant-based (no meat, eggs, dairy, honey, or other animal products) main dish, salad, or dessert; a card listing its ingredients; and plates and utensils for your use. You can make the dish yourself or bring store-bought food. If you come alone, figure the amount to serve 4-6; increase the amount 4 servings for each additional person in your party/family. Northwest VEG potlucks are alcohol-free events.

The best parking is street parking on SW Erickson, as the park’s parking lot is hundreds of yards away at the far end of the park.
