UC VEG Nutrition and Lifestyle Course begins

The Lifestyle and Nutrition Course is a 13-week, evidence-based, disease prevention and reversal series that uses lifestyle medicine strategies to address the leading causes of illness in Oregon and the United States. Using food as medicine, new topics are covered each week, including heart disease, diabetes, cancer, obesity, digestive health, the power of mind, how our food choices impact the world around us, and more. The Course is available virtually via Zoom, in person in Roseburg, or at satellite locations in Grants Pass, Bandon and Canyonville. Registration is free. Learn more at foodasmedicineoregon.org
