Bring Your Own Food and join us for a summer vegan picnic. You will find us at the picnic shelter at Marine Park where we have met before. We typically have monthly potlucks but for now we can enjoy friends and share a meal outdoors.

This month we feature Dr. Russell B. Marz in a discuss of “Fasting, the Ultimate Vegan Diet.”

The picnic will begin at 5:30pm and the speaker will begin at 6pm.
