Northwest VEG welcomes sponsors, exhibitors, and restaurants who are compatible with our mission and goals of VegFest. We require that all materials, literature, and handouts reflect these values.

The Application Deadline is Friday, July 31, although space may fill early. Space will be reserved upon approval of application. 

Refunds of 100% minus a $100 processing fee will be provided to sponsors, exhibitors, and restaurants who submit written cancellation on or before May 1, 2025. Refunds of 50% (minimum $100 processing fee will be retained) provided to sponsors, exhibitors, and restaurants who submit written cancellation after May 1, but on or before July 1, 2025. No refunds will be available after July 1.

Northwest VEG will have coordinators to answer questions and provide direction at the Wingspan Event and Conference Center There will be limited volunteer assistance for unloading. Sponsors are responsible for setup and breakdown of their exhibits. Please see our Sponsor & Exhibitor Info for more details, schedule, and sustainability info.

Applications are reviewed for acceptance and applicant will be notified by email as to application status and for payment details. Northwest VEG reserves the right to decline any exhibitor at any time, at its discretion.
