Northwest VEG welcomes sponsors, exhibitors, and restaurants who are compatible with our mission and goals of VegFest. We require that all materials, literature, and handouts reflect these values.

Space will be tentatively reserved upon approval of application and fully reserved upon receipt of invoice payment. 

Refunds of 100% will be provided to sponsors, exhibitors, and restaurants who submit written cancellation on or before July 1, 2026. Refunds of 50% will be provided to sponsors, exhibitors, and restaurants who submit written cancellation after July 1, but on or before August 14, 2026. No refunds will be available after August 14.

Northwest VEG will have coordinators to answer questions and provide direction at the Wingspan Event and Conference Center There will be limited volunteer assistance for unloading. Sponsors are responsible for setup and breakdown of their exhibits.

Applications are reviewed for acceptance and applicant will be notified by email as to application status and for payment details. Northwest VEG reserves the right to decline any exhibitor at any time, at its discretion.
