Vancouver Monthly Potluck

  • Unitarian Universalist Church of Vancouver 4505 E.18th St (map)

Come share a meal with like-minded friends at our monthly local potluck and enjoy a cooking demonstration provided by our speaker for this month, Surraya Drugovic.

In this presentation, Surraya will share the transformative journey of how embracing plant-based living changed her life, both personally and in the kitchen. From the decision to go vegan to creating The Art of Plant-Based Cuisine, a cookbook filled with nourishing, flavorful recipes, she will discuss how whole food plant-based eating has positively impacted her health and happiness. Surraya will also demonstrate a couple of simple, delicious recipes, showing the audience how easy and rewarding it can be to cook with whole foods and create meals that are both satisfying and life-changing. The Art of Plant-Based Cuisine will also be available for purchase at the event.

The potluck begins at 5:30pm and the presentation begins at 6:30.
